"Very Rude woman at the no7 counter wearing spotted shirt doing absolutely nothing . Quite a large woman i didn't get her name. 6 customers waiting in line to be served at the pharmacy queue so i asked if she could serve me and she literally said no im with a customer when all she was doing was chatting to a woman for the last 10 minutes that i was in the store and not actually doing her job. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager wasn’t there so seems like she doesn’t care what she is doing and how she is behaving with customers since her manger isnt it. The poor pharmacy girl had to serve a whole line of customers when she is standing around chatting doing nothing. Disgraceful behaviour. Especially when people are paying for parking dont have time to be waiting around and certainly not got team work not helping her colleagues when its busy!"

"The Boots App offered free item when purchasing other items in store. But when paying I was told they did not have free gift. Surely all shops should have what is offered via the App. I was told the terms and conditions would explain not all stores. WHY NOT? The offers are very visible. Are we to read hidden T & Cs for every transaction."
