"Wish I could give 0 stars. I went into Boots Santry this afternoon 9th of March 4:30PM to top up of all my partners and I’s cosmetics, skincare and vitamins for the month. I was followed by a security guard at every concession and given dirty looks by woman filling stock, giving the body language and intention that I was going to commit a crime. I was wearing a heavy black leather jacket due to the sleet, rain and bad weather. However due to my outfit choice (reflecting the weather) I had the worst experience of staff following and hovering over me and will now be spending my approx €500 purchase that I was so excited to buy, else where DUE TO THE WEATHER. Awful store behaviour coming as an ex-boots employee and now ex-customer of Boots Santry."
"Looks like a huge shop from the outside, but is disappointingly small inside. Poor selection of baby foods and products, rarely well stocked."
"Very good shopping experience. Ordered an item over the phone and collected from store within 2-3 hours. Staff very courteous and helpful."
"Do not recommend! I needed a medicine and went there runing before closure arrived 10min before and was not allowed in. I don't like it when people arrive just in time but if you close at 19h you should close at 19h and not at 18.50h! Will not go back for sure"
