Even if not properly ‘qualified to advise’ as you portray - maybe train on basic customer service. Went across to The Health Store and the staff were so knowledgeable and accommodating."

She didn’t automatically try to promote the dearer vitamins and said if they didn’t have what I was looking for - there were other health stores in the centre. "HIRE. MORE. STAFF. Went into this place Thursday gone, selected a couple of items and joined the queue at the counter and waited.... and waited.... and waited. Gave up in the end and replaced the items on the shelf and left. Called in again the following day. This time only one staff member in the whole store. Selected the same two items, joined the queue and waited.... and waited.... and waited. Eventually got served and completed the purchase. Really, H&B, do you think your stuff is so special and exclusive that customers don't have alternative providers? All the empty bumph on your website seems pretty pathetic and misleading compared to the reality in your LV store. Show some respect for your customers and for those who work for you: HIRE. MORE. STAFF!! If I have another experience like the one described above, it will be the last time I shop in ANY of your stores."
