"At my last visit at the Ashbourne H & B store about 4 weeks ago, I was not satisfied with the customer care provided by one of the staff members Caroline. She was rude to my children and when I challenged her about her behaviour she was very unprofessional. I don't understand how someone can speak to a customer like she did and I will not be returning to this shop. Additionally I have logged a complaint with H & B online and received no response other than they are very busy. Overall the customer service was extremely poor. Greta the other staff member was extremely professional and was doing her best in very difficult circumstances."
