Reviews
"I went in today to ask the manger Caitriona, for a refund for spoilt meat that I purchased there 2 days before. She laughed in my face when I asked for a refund, she was very rude and belittled me. I'll be writing an email to the head office about this poor customer service. Usually the staff are very nice but she was exceptionally rude and condescending."
"Lots of price discrepancies here compared to price of items in other tesco shops. Bread regularly being sold past or on its sell by date. Ripping people off as nearest supermarket is 10 - 15min walk."
"Good nearby shop to buy quick items. Fruits & Vegetables is concern as mostly you will not find when you want it. Limited stock. Rest is all good !"
"Dirty and overpriced, no social distancing, staff don't wear masks and security let visibly sick people come in without face coverings and nobody cares. Good selection of wines though."
"Rewards System are great. they tailor the rewards to suit what you actually buy and you can use them against vouchers, tickets, electricity bills etc which I do. Online ordering is very handy and i have had a very pleasant experience both times I ordered. the first time i ordered i didnt know they ask for the person who made the order/card holder to be present when it is delivered so bear that in mind. I think this is good as they look out for customers but honestly i dont think they should have to worry about it, the onus is on the customer to keep their personal banking information safe. you are not asked to prove your identity if you pay using a card in store. its not that different, especially with self service check outs nowadays."
