"UPDATE: it’s even worse :) When i finally caught the store manager, she REFUSED to add my correct phone number to the system and demanded I carry the plastic card with me all the time. When i explained i was promised phone number will work and it’s discrimination against me, she still refused to make the entry into the system despite her computer is 20 steps away unless i put it yet again in writing on a piece of paper (so it disappears for the 4th time)))) and unless i write an official complain to the store owners :))) But when i requested proof that my account will be deleted, she had no problem taking me, a stranger, to that internal office computer room so i can see that my account is deleted. (Obviously, at this point i had zero intention to spend my typical €300-500 per month “health store budget” in this place, so asked to delete my account.) Instead of just adding my number to the system as she does for all other customers, she chose to lose a customer. :) GDPR, data protection or customer=income retention policies are simply not adhered here. Not to mention rude & snide comments from another female employee which accompanied our convo with the manager. It’s like a snake nest here, seriously. All smily until they mess up and can’t clean up their mess. To clarify, when i initially refused to sign up for loyalty card since i can’t hold dozens of loyalty cards with me, i was ensured by the staff that my phone number can be identifier so i don’t carry card w/me. Apparently, it was a lie which costed me loads of time. At least the snake nest is happy they’ve treated a customer horribly and it was a Team Effort :)))) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Unbelievably poor experience yet again. Despite I provided correct information for my loyalty card in written ~7 months ago, it was entered in the system incorrectly - both phone number and name. THREE times now I was trying to fix their error. I’ve waisted about 50 mins of my time in total sorting with the staff why my phone number or name don’t come up when i call them out when paying for the purchase. Several purchases weren’t added to my loyalty card account despite staff would say “all ok” when i call out my number. I had to go over all my bank accounts to find all transactions to make this right in their system (my points balance). TWICE i gave the staff paper per their ask with my phone number and name to fix the error - no paper, no error fix. GDPR compliance is quite questionable in such case. And as a sugar coating on top, today’s sales assistant had a hysterical reaction when yet again I discovered my data in the system is incorrect and can’t be found, and i started explaining to her all my previous efforts and asked her to finally fix this by calling the manager and just fixing it already. As the manager is the only one who can edit profile fields… If shop staff creates constant problems for the customer and customer needs to spend a lot of time trying to resolve these problems - that is poor customer service. Sales and customer service job is to ensure smooth transaction and resolve issues if any. Not to make the client hate the store. It’s been almost 2 months now since the store is aware of the problem, and it’s still not fixed."

I have immense gratitude for the store owners’ dedication and wish them every success, a true rarity in the modern retail space."
