"Customer service here this afternoon was disgraceful. Was even more surprised that it was by a manager (Abigail). Not even a friendly hello on arrival. Basically we wanted to pay for 500mg Taurine. She was about to charge us 9€. When we said On the shelf it was priced 7.99€ she checked and had corrected the price as 7.99€. (very unprofessional) and proceeded to tell us it was hard to keep up with the latest price changes. She then asked us also "wasn't there two"!? My partner had said politely that he did not understand what she meant to be told very rudely by her "oh nevermind!" We have been shopping and loyal customers for over three years and will never shop here again! Absolutely appalling!"
