"I am so impressed with the level of customer service from this company. We bought our buggy with them a few years ago and last week there was an issue with the buggy (due to general wear and tear). I cannot believe how quickly the team were able to work with the supplier to fix the issue. The staff were so pleasant and helpful to deal with. Special mention to Shauna and Caitriona and also to the supplier Uppababy. Dealing with both Uppababy and Eurobaby are an absolute pleasure and I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be recommending this shop and brand to all of my friends. Thank you."

"Avoid buying online if you want to receive your order on time or at all. Bought a buggy that advised in stock for next day delivery. My order was one week late and missing an item. I had to request to borrow a piece as the buggy is unusable without this piece. I had to call numerus times to find out about my order. I called weekly about the missing item. No matter what time you call, the person you need isn't there. Continuous empty promises to call you back and messages read on whatsapp are ignored for days. Waited 3 weeks for my missing item only to be told (when I called again) that it would be another 9 weeks. Shocking service from Eurobaby"
