"NEVER use this dry cleaner! They loose items, accuse you of stealing items and ruin your best items. I sent a brand new white linen shirt for dry cleaning and it came back laundered, shrunk and wrinkled. They do not place your items in professional dry cleaning bags but rather miscellaneous shopping bags and thus items are lost and given to the wrong client. They have lost my sheets on multiple occasions and accused me of stealing other people's sheets! They are disorganized and worse than that have no integrity. Additionally - when I brought the issue of the linen shirt to the owner's attention this is the reply I received..."You are the only customer who gets their shirts Dry Cleaned which is not unusual for American people living here....." REALLY?!"
