"Horrible experience, tried once as cleaner and the First (and last) cleaning was not payed..?? I asked many times during one month and they say they couldn’t contact the client, they claim on their website we pay their commission for them to deal with payments but that’s not true. I’ve never seen a platform not charge before as guarantee and then not solve the problem even after the service was done through their app"

"Don't waste your money registering at Helpling. You pay the fee to register, after 1 month you get a customer and just like that Helpling stops showing up new customers on the platform and they no longer respond to emails."

"I've used this website multiple times and each time I regret it but it's impossible to get cleaners in Dublin for me. The website itself is lacking important features and the quality of the cleaners are poor even the highly rated ones. They often accept and then say they can't attend that time and try to reshedule to suit them or just cancel a day before or on same day. They also charge a lot too so overall I really really wouldn't recommend this website. Helpling should let you cancel jobs that you create by accident. They should have a system where cleaners are not deterred from cancelling last minute and if you provide a low rating I would expect Helpling to follow up or provide some kind of refund. Anyways safe to say just clean your own house, it's less painful."
