Reviews of Sandymount Beach
"Beautiful stand for a walk anytime in the day. The view is very nice specially if you stroll towards poolbeg around sunset in evening"
"This has become my favourite place in Dublin to head off out to, to clear my head. Great when tide is out as can let the dog tire himself out. Of course you've got to visit Brown's Cafe/Restaurant afterwards for a coffee and a bite to eat."
"Tide had been out a while otherwise there’d have been a great opportunity to get a shot of the two chimneys reflecting in the damp sand. Beach was really quiet as you’d expect at this time of year but was really peaceful too"
"Check the tide before you go. And go when it's low tide cos you get to walk on the sea bed itself. But be careful not to walk near the time when the tide will come in. Its really nice place to walk and take photos. And you can try to walk from sandymount all the way to booters dart Station."
"Always a nice spot to go and clear the head. Beach is always clean, There is parking spaces. But not too many, There is a new Playground right beside it, which is great for the kids."
