Reviews of Broadmeadow Estuary
"Great place for a walk, landscape seems to be different every time according to the weather!plenty of wild birds to observe."
"Beautifull place to go for walk Aprox 5km stretch"
"Wonderful place to get up close to very friendly (if not a bit overly confident) swans. Bring them something nice to eat like lettuce or cabbage and they will walk straight up to the car. Great place to get some photos."
"My favourite place for a walk. Lovely views and lots of birds. The swans are so beautiful and friendly. Bring something for them."
"Some of us refer to this as Broadmeadows Estuary or Malahide Estuary. Famed for its swans and birdlife this part of the estuary is easily accessed by car or bike. The River Broadmeadows is quite an important river drainage wise but there is scant attention to it. I include a few photos. It starts just north of Dunshaughlin and meanders towards the sea just north of Swords."
