"WOW! So happy I took the train from Dublin for this cliff walk. The weather predicted sun with a bit of clouds, mid sixties (in Fahrenheit haha) thank you, however it felt much warmer once I got walking. Very easy walk, a couple of climbs with stairs but nothing overly strenuous. The terrain is a bit rocky so best to have shoes that are thick enough to protect your feet. The views are spectacular! I particularly loved watching the train ride below through the cliffs. I did not do the full loop, just walked to the end and turned around to walk back. Definitely recommend!"
"It's a nice and steep walk up to the top, you need good shoes and a windproof jacket even for the summer season, The view from the top is spectacular. Car park at the bottom ."
"One of the highlights of walking in Wicklow. This linear walk takes you from Bray to Greystones along the stunning coastal path. All in all, the Bray to Greystones Cliff Walk takes about two and a half hours, with a total of 130m climbed across the 7km span. At the top of the head is a concrete cross which was placed there in 1950 during the holy year. The Dublin-Wicklow railway line runs outside of Bray Head along the coast, sometimes travelling within feet of the cliffs. Every Good Friday, hundreds of local people climb to the top of the head in a Good Friday procession marking the stations of the Cross as they go along, with the final station being held at the holy year cross. The walk is very beautiful and view from top is very satisfying. This walk is easy and enjoyable. On the other side of cliff there is a beautiful beach as well. This is the first place I visited in Ireland after getting shifted here from India and I loved it."
"Wonderful walk with picturesque views, perfect for a weekend activity on a sunny day in Ireland. It took us around 2 hours to complete the route. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen, grab a bottle of water and a snack."
"On a sunny day this is such a beautiful walk! Come prepared for a long stroll! Comfortable shoes and a water bottle is a must! There is a water fountain on the walk to refill which is a great idea! Stunning views! Highly recommend this adventure!"
