"Women's changing area in an appalling condition, broken toilets and chipped tiles no handsoap and lockers do not lock properly. The gym badly needs updating and to be properly cleaned. I emailed the hotel manager 3 times to complain and was ignored each time. A hotel manager that does not even acknowledge or respond emails is a disgrace. There are plenty of much better leisure clubs in Dublin, with staff who actually care...."
