"Was supposed to collect my watch and closed more than an hour early"
"This is the worst experience I have ever had in a jewellery shop in my entire life. Staff need to be trained in how to deal with customers. Went in to purchase braclet or chain for 5 year old for her graduation- in either gold or silver- the whole experience was painful. I could elaborate further if I had one hour to spare. Will never go into this jewellers again."

"Shop looks very worn out and tired, some of the jewelry is tarnished and quite expensive for what you get. I usually get presents in here but I find the staff usually are not bothered, the older blonde woman with the glasses is quite rude and abrupt, I went in today and she honestly wasn’t bothered helping me and I just asked her something simple. She looked at me like something she had stepped in. Anyone else that has dealt with her has said the same. It’s a pity because I’d rather give my money to local businesses, but with people like her in the shop I’d rather not."
