When i opened it on Christmas day you could clearly see it was worn by someone and was second hand, brought it back and the girl couldn't be more helpfully and ordered me in another 1 which i was happy with, until i went to collect the new 1, the supervisor or manager was rude to begin with and when she brought me my watch i asked could i check it after what happened with the other watch and she proceeded to tell me that they shouldnt have changed the last watch for me and it was data protection even tho they sold my partner a second hand watch even the first girl awe delt with agreed with us it was worn by someone else. Would not recommend to anyone"

The girl I dealt with resized a watch strap for me and only charged €20 which I thought was good value when you take into account the number of adjustments I had asked her to make for me and she said if the watch was too loose/tight after a few days she would adjust again at no extra charge. They have a nice range of watches there too. Good service!"
