"I bought a Swatch Watch from overseas because I could not find it here and I wanted to make every effort to fulfill my granddaughters Christmas wish since I moved away and I want to let her know that I am still doing the things that I did when I was closer. The only data available as to the location of her watch, ordered 12!06, is that it is in the United States…. That’s like telling me nothing. The carrier, the state, any sort of estimated delivery time data… is not available. Very poor service! Never again!!! Communication saves customers by promoting the idea that the company is working on fulfilling the service. At present, I don’t know if I was scammed or if, someday, she will actually receive the gift I sent her nearly a month ago…"
"Had a problem with an item I bought (it broke) and Bannons were very quick to offer to replace it for me but then the manufacturer only wanted to repair and not replace so Bannons gave me a store credit to get a replacement item instead. Have to say I’m very happy with the service they gave because I’ve had other places who wouldn’t give an ounce of help but Bannons were great. Also had a watch bracelet sized here and it was very quick"
"My dream come true... Hi. My name is Damian. I bought a one thing over there and Im extremely happy i made a deal with them. I Bought a watch Citizen (it was my dream watch). The price on the competition website was the same but the offer 10% cheaper as for buying online. I said that to them and they match the price. Watch came a few days later but price everywhere was changed - it raised by 15%. EVERYWHERE IN Ireland . In one day!!! SO Where the watch came was more expensive. I spoke with them and honour the price which we made a deal of. They lost some money... but Very Honourable ...
