"I wouldn’t say has any chance to experience the quality of their work as I just got cancelled a day before the appointment. Deposit was paid (hopefully soon will receive back to my account) with the assumption quality job possibly carrying out as the hourly rate of €140 and if 1 hour 10 minutes €280 so I may be lucky they cancelled. Will I try to use their service again? Sure I won’t and let you make the decision but recommend try elsewhere."

He gave us good advice and was able to give us a quote, source us a new water heater, and install the new unit all on the same day. "Got a new gas boiler installed at short notice by one engineer, we were not satisfied after this job was carried out so we reached back out to the company and then had another tech on site almost immediately after expressing our concerns.
