"I recently got in touch with BAVS as our Samsung TV had a screen fault. The team were very helpful throughout the process and were very clear in explaining the issue and the process in getting it resolved. I dealt with Derek and he went above and beyond in assisting us to get our TV fixed. Cant praise them enough for there quick responses and professionalism. I will most certainly be using them again in the future if I have any further TV issues and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone."
"Very poor customer service. Promises without delivery. Older lady who I was speaking not professional at all and felt arrogance in her voice. Scoring based on the conversation with her and decided not speaking with her at all. Decided to communicate with LG now. Avoid as much as you can if LG sends you to fix TV there under their warranty. UPDATE: changing score from 1 to 2 starts because engineer who called to my house was actually very professional. Unfortunately repair didn't help and TV was taken. Will update review based on time of repair. So far waiting 2 weeks."
