"This company appears to be run poorly. They make bids on properties and do not follow through with the purchases. They will also ignore all attempts at contact and refuse to engage. If you are selling a house and you see this company or its owner bidding on it then notify the auctioneer. They could be wasting your time and could mess up the sale of your property. I am not sure if it is incompetence or bad ethics."
