"I've being bringing my (little bit crazy/anxious) dog to Caroline for the last few years. He was not in a good way, when I took him on, he was one & a half yr.s old when i got him & was an angry little fella who trusted no one. Caroline was patient with him & groomed him from a very disheveled state. His coat was so bad but she made him good again & over the years has always looked after him so well. On a visit to the vets after I took this dog on, the vet told me that I would have to have him sedated to get his nails cut, as he was unable to do it. I didn't like the sound of that, as it would not be good for his health as his nails would need to be cut regularly. Caroline was able to cut them. It wasn't an easy task but she is so gentle and amazing with dogs, she has a special magic touch that no course or qualification can give .... of course Caroline is fully qualified with the best training in grooming but she has a sixth sense when it comes to dogs. i would not bring my dog to anybody else. She is the best groomer around & no matter how busy she is, she always made time to give me advise, especially when I 1st got him because he was really hard work & I was out of my depth with him/didn't know how to calm him. He is great now (still a bit bonkers), but a lovable, clever little fella. Without Caroline's support & the good care she takes with him, as he needs to be groomed regularly (not just for cosmetic reasons, more so for his well being & health)....he wouldn't be the dog he is today. i recommend her highly to anyone, she grooms all breeds.
