"We were lucky enough to have our lovely dog looked after by really caring staff in Lamb’s Cross over a period of 14 years. The individuals changed over the years, but everyone we dealt with, from vet to nurse to receptionists were really helpful and kind. Our poor Pip was put to sleep a few weeks ago, and the staff were very sympathetic and kind not only to Pip but to us, at a very difficult time. If I get another dog, I will be back to the Lamb’s Cross clinic for sure…. MCK"

"I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. Had my dog booked in for rabies vaccine before a trip abroad. I was told that dog will be able to travel 3 weeks after the vaccine. Upon my visit I was told that they don't have this type of vaccination and that pup will only be able to travel after 30 DAYS! I have already booked pet courier and all other arrangements were in place. They have put me in a very uncomfortable situation to say the least...I cancelled their pet insurance membership immediately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC !!!"

I'm sure they're a good every animal vets as Martin and all the staff (and not forgetting Sandy the dog) over the years have always been very friendly and helpful and will take time to explain things really clearly."
