"We have attended Ark Vets for the past 15 years each time we have had any problems with our Pets or concerns about there wellbeing Paul,Nick and all the team have been so professional kind and compassionate. We have loss 3 of our Dogs over the past few years. Unfortunately to illness we could have not seen coming. 2 within the space of a couple of months last year 1 a couple of years ago. While the situation was hard at the time to say goodbye Paul and his team were all so professional kind and full compassion which was so greatly appreciated. We have been very blessed to add some new members to our family in past couple of months. Which has made things a little easier for our Girl Maxie. She misses her pals. But she has some new four legged friends to help her heal. Thanks again for all the support from Paul and all the team. Our 3 Girls are gone but not forgotten as they brought us so much love into our home."
"Was with the cat twice, two nice vets but l didn't get impression that they have enough experience. Our cat ended up being more sick after two visits. We were also charged for medication we didn't get after the visit - had to go back next day to collect it !"

"The wait can be horrendous as they do not take appointments but the balance comes from the quality of care by Dr. Patrick himself. I have a service dog that has had some health issues over the past 2 years & his knowledge + helpfulness has gone a long way on several occasions. Once again though, expect to wait awhile & expect many of the people in the waiting area to have their untrained animals behaving as such while you wait."
