"Very good veterinary practice, would recommend to a friend. The staff & vet were kind & friendly. Easy to make appointments using the online booking system. My dog had a good experience here, the vet was lovely to him . Good location in a local shopping centre - lots of free parking outside. They have a monthly plan that includes vet visits, vaccinations, blood tests, urine tests etc with the option of a dental add on which is very good value."

"I can’t recommend Dr. Lisa from MyVets Firhouse branch enough . Myself and my two dogs were all set to relocate to Canada . Dr. Lisa helped with all the vaccinations required and their passports . About a week before their final vet clearance certificate was due the older one began to have an issue but with her knowledge and expertise Dr. Lisa sorted it and the little guy pulled through at the 11th hour and was good as new on the plane journey and we arrived safely. Our case was unusual and time sensitive and I can never thank her enough . I’ve never had a vet like her before, she is professional,knowledgeable,kind ,sympathetic and really cares for the wellbeing of the animals ,listens carefully to their story and above all ,puts the animals first . She even asked that I keep her updated on how he gets on in Canada showing her care . Thank you Dr. Lisa for giving an old dog a chance !"

"The staff in this practice are second to none. I came across them a few years back when I had some upset children and a sick hamster, every other vet I went to practically laughed at us but in Firhouse they comforted the kids by helping as much as they could which was v much appreciated! Since then I’ve attended with my 2 dogs and cats. Most recently we sadly had to put our dog to sleep and we were treated with the greatest kindness, as was our dog which was so important to us. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!"
