"Highly annoyed with village vets Beaumont today. I had an appointment 3 weeks ago for my dog’s annual vaccine got there to be told they had no vaccine’s and a new appointment for 3 weeks time. They should have called or text before my appointment to tell me this. I got the time wrong today by 15 minutes to be told I’m too late and that the vets were all booked up for the evening. There was no other animals there and I was given another appointment for a weeks time.I have been left waiting over 30 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment in the past. I have been with this vets for 3 years I have received 4 calls in the past to cancel an appointment because a n animal was poorly and I have had no problem rescheduling. Only I am in the middle of a new contact I would not be using this vet again.it’s bad enough having to put your pet through the trauma of attending the vet to be turned away twice. I am not a happy customer."
"We wish to thank all the guys for saving Moya when she ingested poison. Despite it being closing time, Joanna told us to bring Moya to her because it was so time sensitive. She worked her magic and then kept her overnight. Lizzy cared for her throughout the following day to make sure all the remaining poison was gone. Our sweet dog owes her life to this dedicated team. They have cared for our three dogs and continue to maintain their healthy happy lives"
