"I was able to easily book my dog in for a next-day nail trim back in October and I was delighted with their friendly and quick service. Unfortunately I've been unable to reach them via phone or email for future bookings, despite leaving several voice messages and sending several emails that let them know "I can make any time work, just let me know when best suits your team for a nail trim appointment" Such a shame because I thought I'd found a reliable groomer! Now I just get his nails done at the vet to save myself the headache. Edit to add: Lisa kindly gave me a call to better understand how my emails and calls were being missed. We will make use of their walk-in option for nail trims and visit Lisa at MuttUgly another time. She very much cares about her 4-legged clients and her business, but her channels of communication need polishing as previous reviews have also touched on. Thank you Lisa!"
"Our 2 pups look and smell fabulous after their spa day at Muttugly. This is our 2nd visit and Lisa was amazing, taking the time to ask if we were happy with their last cuts/style and what they could do differently to improve. When we came back to pick them up, she gave us feedback on how they did during the appt and also how they interacted with the other pups. To top it off, they were sent home with treats :) Thx for taking such good care of our furkids!"
"Lisa and the team took such good care of my young cockapoo pup Molly. Molly's very nervous around other dogs - at least she used to be! The puppy pamper not only made her look gorgeous, but seemed to increase her confidence :) Lisa and team took the time to explain about after care when I came to collect Molly, and it's clear just how much they love and care for the dogs they work with.
