"Tried to buy a pair of gloves marked as £10.99 in the sale, after 10 minutes of queueing they scanned as £12.99. She called the manager on her radio, and he just flat said that there weren't any marked as £10.99 and that they were £12.99 - loudly. Made me look like I was trying it on in front of the whole queue. I went back to the rack and there were several pairs marked at £10.99, which I showed to the manager. Sort your pricing out, and honour the prices you show instead of humiliating customers and wasting their valuable time."
