"Stevenage store - disorganised and to be fair incompetent to be left in a store on their own. if the people working spent less time laughing and talking and focused on what people were asking for it would most definitely help. In the end after asking numerous times for the same thing they continually get the wrong things Poor poor poor"

"Never happened to me. So, I entered the shop today July 10th around 16:50 and I started looking around. Finally, I saw a Nike shoes that looks nice, label says they are special edition for JD, price was 75£. I asked for support on my size to a guy who was working classifying some items, and then, the party started. The guy began to search some other employees for me being attended, and all of the complained, basically saying "no way". So I was there, standing and watching how they were ARGUING who should attend me, everything happened in front of me. At the end, the guy who was trying to help me seemed to be quite embarrassed with the situation and he went to the storage himself to check the available sizes. Sadly, he finally came with a "Sorry sir, number 43 is not available, only 41 and 45". I have nothing to say about him, he tried his best. I don't know what happens on that shop for having such a low level of motivation, someone should take care."
