"I love Pet Depot. Great staff - friendly and knowledgeable able. We have never been let wanting. The shop's response during COVID has been great. Recently I was in the shop when an elderly man tried to enter the shop without a mask (as is a health requirement and well known publicy). Rather than refuse to serve the gentleman, staff offered to serve him at the door and even offered a mask. I thought this was a great service. The situation was dealt with quietly and courteously by the manager. Given the staff in Pet Depot, I would have expected no less. Would recommend to anyone with pet needs or seeking pet advice."
