"I had gotten a rabbit from these a few years ago and customer service was great but I recently went in looing for a cat carrier and found the customer service terrible. The 2 lads there, I found were not very helpful and when my card declined (there was money on it as I went to ATM to withdraw the money no problems), when I came back to pay in cash, I said there must be something wrong with their machine or with the bank I am with, one of the lads said in a very rude way welI I am with that bank and have no issues, as if he taught I was lying or something. Won't be shopping there again."

"I've been there around a month ago. I was looking for some good food for my dog and they suggested to buy the Nadurtha one. My dog loved and today I was looking for another purchase and here is the reason of 2 stars. Come on guys, your invested money in a nice own branded bag, your own brand of food, a nice shop but you don't even have a website?? You are not even listed on the Charlestown website?? How do you think you'll survive in this digital world? Shame that a very good shop, with a very good products, are so analogic. Very disappointed."

"Customer service at its best , We were looking for a hamster for my daughter I was first talking to Brian in the Swords branch who directed me to David in the Charlestown branch. They sent us photos of the hamsters in stock and when my daughter went down to collect it they spent time with her and answered all the questions a 10 year old can have about hamsters. These guys really go out of their way to help you and nothing is to much bother. They have a great range of pet products I wont be going to any other pet shop anyway. I would highly recommend to check them out."

"Really impressed with how helpful the lady (sorry never got her name) was today when we were purchasing some fish and tank for our 2 year olds birthday. She was extremely helpful and interactive with our son. Fish are loving their new tank. Thanks for been so helpful."
