"My experience in this store is appalling to be honest. Multiple sections of the store were covered in mouse droppings. The staff were very timid when I broached the subject with them. I was told by more than one that it's a known problem that the management are willfully ignorant of. This is disgraceful. It puts not only the health of your staff, which you have a duty of care toward, at risk, but the health of every customer who comes through the door aswell. You're supposed to be a responsible employer, but every animal who walks through your doors is at risk of serious illness, disease and potential death every day this isn't addressed. I will be lodging a complaint with the HSA. It's sad that it takes government intervention for some businesses to practice responsibly."

"Got the dogs nails clipped and hair trimmed off his eyes. Lovely lady providing the service who was excellent with our dog. He remained calm throughout due to her calming nature."

"The shop itself is amazing, very friendly staff. The grooming isn’t the best. The girl is lovely, but not doing the best job of grooming the dog. When we walked in there was this another small and very loud dog who was jumping all over my dog and my dog got very nervous that he was all shaking and I was even considering not leaving him there, but I did at the end. I had a 3hour booking and got my dog back after 1,5h. He was washed but I couldn’t really see a big difference in him even though I asked to trim him properly. And he’s still shedding like crazy. Not worth €75"

"I was very impressed with the service I received from Petstop. I order the product on Tuesday I got a message to say it would be delivered the next day between 1.30 and 3pm and the name of the delivery people and their driver's details. The driver contacted me to say he was nearby I wasn't home but had left a message to leave it with neighbour. Wonderful service all round. I would highly recommend them."
