We were walk-ins and originally they had told us they only had space for one of us so my partner booked his, and while we were waiting we went to find another place that could do mine. We then came back to the shop and the artist had actually drawn a design for me off his own back and said they'll be able to do it. We both ended up getting our tattoos and quite honestly they are perfect. Their customer service was brilliant and they made us feel so comfortable while getting it done.
