"I have visited Factotum for my last 3 tattoo pieces and had the absolute delight of being tattooed by the lovely Shani! My most recent piece was a big piece which I was a bit nervous about, but Shani eliminated any anxiety I had the minute I was in the chair. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease, was like talking to a good friend for the day! "I’ve been to Factotum a few times for a few different things, my first visit was for a nose piercing which was done by Olly. Olly helped me to pick out a piece of jewellery that would complement my face. He also talked me through the whole process and made me feel very calm and relaxed. He took his time making sure everything was perfect, clean and sanitary. He also made sure to thoroughly explain the aftercare process to make sure my new piercing would heal properly. Factotum is the best piercing studio in Norwich, and Olly is awesome! I came back to the studio later on in the year to get my first tattoo, this was done by Nelson. Nelson was very patient and calming throughout the entire process where I was getting tattooed, constantly checking up on me and making sure I was doing OK which made me feel so much better! He made sure to explain the aftercare process in great depth as this was my first tattoo. I came back a week later and got more from him! The studio space was very clean, friendly and relaxing as everyone was welcoming and had a friendly face. Factotum tattoo & piercing studio is the best in Norwich, would 100% recommend to anyone!!"
"Had my second tattoo with Alice this week, and once again am beyond happy with her work. Went for one of her (adorable) Halloween flash designs this time, in colour. The studio is impeccably clean and hygienic, staff are all friendly, and Alice's care is wonderful. She worked with me to find the perfect placement, as well as ensuring the colours chosen were the perfect ones. My new tattoo is healing nicely, and I can't wait to return. "Fantastic session with Alice, she took my design and recommended a slight alteration which really improved it. Throughout my session she talked to me and was really friendly and kept me completely at ease.
