"Kettering is the worst place to go out and Abacus just seems to draw the most trouble. I've been undercharged twice with giving a twenty pound note and not given any change. My friend has had the same occurrence. They write it down. Nothing happens from it. Best advice I can give if you ever wander round - always take hand sanitizer and tissues when venturing in Kettering, not to go in too late else you feel like a sardine and cant dance or enjoy yourself, have a big group and make sure you have your money in loose change. AND NEVER go upstairs.. in general or downstairs to the karaoke as why I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND but it always wreaks of eggs? Whether it's the toilet sewage system or steamed up vomit embedded in the carpet?.. you be the judge."
"Very poor customer service. I tried to arrange a party for a large number of people. After sending 2 emails and get no response at all, I sent them a message on Facebook - I heard back - excellent!!! But then it was just 1 message. A week later I still had not other response from them. Very very poor service - I will take my money else where."
