"I wouldn’t use their service for mortgages (cannot comment on the other services they provide), they charged me €250 just for walking through their door. After I had a chat with them, I decided not to use them as my mortgage broker, but they still charged me the fee of €250. I need to say it was a very expensive chat!"

"Found these guys to be great at the start of my mortgage journey but the more it dragged out i felt like i was a hindrance and the reply calls or emails lost their positivity. Eventually we secured approval and the property search could really begin. I was delighted when i found my ideal location and had my offer accepted only to be told by Brendan that the lender didn't like the property and felt it was too commercial. I asked could we try another lender only to be told they would all be the same. I took it on my own to go direct to another main street lender and they had no issue with the property and i got my keys a few months later. Waste of an upfront broker fee in my opinion as i cant decide if being told no lender would approve my dream home was laziness and not wanting to complete a second application on my behalf or just poor broker advice. Either way i got the home i wanted and haven't looked back since."
