"Most of the staff are fine but the older lady with short white hair has been so rude to me on several occasions to the point I now have anxiety about going in there. I don't know why she is doing that job it doesn't suit her. Edit, I think she may have left and and another lady with white hair works there now, she's been polite when I have needed to speak to her."

"Very slow and poor service especially by the woman with short white hair. Many people are dissatisfied with her and I don’t know why she is in this workplace! It is rough, every time and we repeat several times what she can’t understand. He brings us back whenever we go for our recipes."

"Im very new to the area and new to the surrounding shops. I’ve been into this pharmacy 3 times and each time I’ve had the same lady (with short white hair in her 60s) serve me. I found her rude and very sarcastic!!! When I spoke of this to other people I was shocked to hear other people had the same experience. I’ll make sure I never return. I will personally write to the company so this gets looked into. I do want to state that the other members of staff are very helpful though, it’s a shame one person can set a bad atmosphere."

"After reading alot of negative comments about the ' elderly lady" at the front desk I would like to say that I always find her very helpful and polite. Always cheerful and asks after my mother who is now in a care home . Never had a bad experience and enjoy my trips to the this little convenient chemist"

"As others have said the older lady, at the counter is so rude and disrespectful. Every time I go in there I get spoken to like a piece of s***. Very blunt and rude. Everyone else who works there I've had great experiences with just not her."
