"An absolute discrace. The two female staff members were openly discussing how they dislike people over 50 years old. It then proceeded to them both ignoring a queue of three people one of which was standing waiting to be served for several minute. I myself walked out and went to another pharmacy. I have since learnt that this is not the first time this has happened at the Gorleston branch."
"Prescription getting longer to collect. Used to be 3 days, now goes to 7th day. Very slow serving when you collect. Closes 1 till 2 for lunch now, so if you want to collect in your lunch hour you can't."
"Chemist used to open at 8.30am, but they've changed it to 9am. Queues of people waiting for them to open. Went this morning to collect my prescriptions and was told that they wouldn't be opening until 9.10am because they hadn't cashed up from Saturday. They finally opened the door at 9.20am. Service has gone down hill in recent months. Seriously considering changing to a different pharmacy"
"Very slow, got called for my flu jab 20 minutes after I arrived (had already done some quick paperwork). On a more positive note, John, pharmacist who performed the Jan, was clear at explaining and it was all done very simply with no issues once I eventually got in."
"Absolutely vile woman who served my partner my daughter had a high temp so he rushed to grab a thermometer as we'd lost ours .. There was only 1 on the shelf so he asked if there was any others and she turned around looked him up and down ( he was in a tracksuit) and told him that he can keep the receipt if he couldnt afford it and return it it was only £55.00 maybe a bit of customer service training is needed I didn't realise you have to wear a £1000 suit in order to afford £55.00"
