"Very poor customer service. I rang for the first time appointment for an emergency situation. The person from reception was very disrespectful."

"I've been going here for many years. In recent years it has been truly terrible. Their staff, both at the front desk and their doctors, are rude, passive aggressive and make no effort to be helpful. I won't even go into the personal details of what they've messed up for me as a patient but it was completely unacceptable. Also, today if you try to call them it goes straight to voicemail and says they're not available on Wednesday, 22nd December but obviously today is Tuesday the 21st so I have no clue why they have no one answering their phones today. I strongly encourage anyone considering going here or taking on one of their doctors as a GP to seek help elsewhere. You will not find sufficient care here."

"I have dealt with both Dr. Matthews and Dr. Lacey over a number of years. Both doctors take time to listen and are a credit to their profession. 5 STARS isn't enough."

"Shockingly short and peremptory on phone, receptionists have little or no patience. The surgery ‘does not do’ post and will not email you out your own family’s medical details. The surgery mandates that you yourself pick up any print outs or documents with medical details. In the modern day the above is crazy."

"I have been using the practice for 15 years and have found Dr Paul Lacey and his colleagues, Dr Killian Mathews and Dr Boyle caring, knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of medical conditions. I am particularly grateful to Dr Lacey who has been looking after me, my mother and my teenage son over the years and has always provided highly professional and reliable advice and excellent service. All surgery staff are very friendly and helpful and, considering quality advice and many years of experience, you will get a very good value for money."
