"Christopher Elmer-Gorry delivered a half-day workshop on Artaud to my mixed GCSE and A-Level Drama students yesterday. The session was not only active, engaging and challenging for all participants, it was also pitched and designed perfectly for the GCSE and A-Level specifications. Students reflected that they enjoyed the creativity and expressive nature of the practical tasks. I felt one of the strengths lay in the gradual development and planned learning journey the students were taken on - from warm-up, to application of techniques to final devised piece of theatre.
