What a lovely family business they have I went today with my family we was greeted and shown around the pool Eddie sue and Jason were very welcoming and explained all the health and safety The pool was great nice temperature and everything was clean, the hour time slot is great and it gives plenty of time for swimming and to get changed . "Overall not a great experience here. Pool is cold, hot tub doesn't work properly, mould in lots of places, not very clean. Supposed to be out on the hour, I have fibromyalgia and things take me longer to do. The woman in charge banged on the door shouting demanding we leave mid-change! It was 5 minutes past the hour, it was 5 minutes! I had another adult and a child who wasn't allowed to go to the toilet, my sister who was the second adult had to dress without fully drying, didn't have time to put our shoes on as we were pushed out the door in the rain!! She expects everyone to be out on the hour, clean everything (supposedly) and let the next people in all at the same time! This is all supposed to happen on the hour! How can you possibly clean everything on the hour AND have the next people in at the same time?! You can't! What she needs to do is allow half an hour between bookings to ensure enough time for people to leave and clean everywhere in time for the next booking. She was very rude to us and the only thing she was worried about was whether I had put the money in the box, which obviously I had but can honestly say its not worth the money. Will not be using again and will not be recommending it to others either."
