"The price for non-members to go to Adventure Zone / Fitzone has gone up to €20. It’s a great place but it’s not worth that kind of money. Won’t be coming back again. The crèche is great though, my daughter went there for a while and enjoyed it. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff there."
"I had planned my daughter's 5th birthday party for over two months. Even with that much notice, the theater and time requested were both full, which is understandable given Dublin's scarcity of birthday facilities for 4-year-olds. I called several times since booking to confirm and ask questions - once about the cake, then party bags, then when I should confirm the final headcount, and so on. When I called today to confirm the headcount (the party was scheduled for next Sunday, 9 days away), they said they couldn't find my booking. While I do not have a receipt for the deposit, why did they not verify the previous calls I made? I sent out invitations three weeks ago and am now scrambling to complete them."
"We had a joint 7th birthday party for my son and his friend. It was a sports themed party for 20 boys. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Luke and Josh were the party hosts and they were amazing with all the boys, patient, kind and fun. It was a fantastic party and I would highly recommend it as a party venue."
