"Very bad. I have just tried to ask if it is possible to cancel my child for booking of the next year and get refund for deposit because we are moving place. The staff just directly removed my child’s name out of the list and told me that my child is out of the list and my deposit is gone according to their policy. They are very ready to eat the deposit but never ask the parent permission first if he or she would like to continue cancel the booking for the child when the deposit is non-refundable."
"I usually do not write many reviews but this one HAS to be put out there. I cannot recommend this Creche & Montessori enough. In fact if there was an award for most supportive, caring pre-school these guys would win. Through every hiccup Dimples teachers and admin staff have proved to be not only supportive, understanding and kind but great at communication and above all, they put the children at the centre of everything. The staff are consistent and obviously looked after very well by the management. They are a positive, nurturing homegrown business and the children can feel that as they navigate through their own journeys. Thank you Dimples for always going that extra mile. Worth EVERY hard earned penny."
