"Contacted Newsons for a broken bypass valve repair. 2 previous companies tried and failed. However Sam from Newsons arrived on time, totally polite and professional. He managed to repair the valve and after completing a water check on his amazing electronic machine he left with a fully functioning hot tub AND gave me some tips on how to look after my water balance. First class customer service and very good value for money. Totally reccomend and they have gained a new customer."
