"BE WARNED. I tried to give a months notice to cancel swimming lesson on Saturday only to be told I need to give them NINE weeks notice, due to them applying to take direct debit payments two weeks in advance and then adding deposit money as well (rather than them refunding it). You can not take it up with a manager because to quote “He’s never here” Very unhelpful front of house staff. Will not be coming back here"

"I have just cancelled my membership. Th Pheonix has sadly deteriorated since I joined. They are penny pinching by closing the steam room and sauna during the day, the shower doesn’t work in there anyway. I have contacted head office but my comments fall on deaf ears."
