"The staff and the building are amazing but... Avoid Regus like the plague. Hidden fees, shady area managers that are constantly trying to scam you, and lack of communication through and through. You are told one thing, sign the agreement, and then completely other things happen. If you think I am lying or exaggerating, just search "Regus scam" on Google, thank me later for saving you the headache. Their prices might seem competitive but just remember, it's all a lie. You'll end up paying way more both with your wallet and your mental wellbeing from all the stress. Not worth it."
"My experience of serviced office spaces has been quite limited, but I would say that Regus has been the best so far. The reception staff (both Paula and Salome) are welcoming and friendly, helpful with any queries or issues that arise. The offices themselves are located very close to the motorway with plenty of parking. I cycle to work every day, and there's a couple of bike shelters to lock my bike to. The kitchen facilities are good for the most part, we could do with a microwave, but otherwise no complaints."
"I would say the facilities and building could do with a facelift as it is feeling a bit dated. But the staff are in my opinion are first class. Steve is very helpful and does the best that he can do within his remit, he also goes above and beyond and is very helpful. Paula that has been there since we moved in and goes above and beyond her duties. Should be awarded for her customer service and ability to solve problems when the centre is clearly understaffed. She is also very friendly, professional and in my opinion an asset to your company! If Regus actually reads these reviews, You as a company need to employ more staff as you cant expect such few staff to continually maintain a large building as it is very busy and I think your staff would burn out as the old saying goes "If you burn the candle at both ends....." So my advice would be to acknowledge the excellent staff you have and maybe hire some more to support them and the centre. There is also a new receptionist Salome who always has a bright smile and very friendly and helpful. By the way, you have to google business listings running for the same location ?, one is listed as Regus and the other is Regus House.....
