"I've been meaning to leave this review for a long time so here we go! I've acquired the vast majority of my houseplants from this lovely little shop, all of which I have ordered online via their website. Every plant I have received has been in perfect condition, packed safe and sound with a cute, personal touch. The dispatch time is almost always within one day, unless you order later within the week, in that case they're shipped early in the week to ensure minimal time spent in the post (this is so so so important for me, very considerate). They keep their customers up to date with products, constantly adding to their stock (which my bank account isn't so keen on but I most definitely am) so there's always something new. They provide care instructions on the website which is very useful and are very communicative if something is wrong with the order or whatever. I definitely recommend this store, even if you are not local to it. I ordered a gift for my sister in London which arrived quick and safely. The plants are beautiful and the selection is so wide it's perfect for people who don't know quite what to choose, especially if you have an obsession with hoyas like I do. All of my plants are so incredibly healthy, including, surprisingly, my maidenhair fern, the diva. So so so happy with all of my purchases!!"
