"I visited WHSmith in the Potteries Shopping Centre for the first time today. The sole staff member was extremely helpful. Directing me to what I went in for and serving me promptly. There is a post office attached to it, which although I didn't need, I could see could be useful. The Potteries had ample parking and made it easy for me to pop in and get what I wanted."
"Only happy workers are those behind the till for the post office. I don't think I've ever been served with a smile, I recently asked to buy a cancer supportive wristband and a lady replied with no, I asked why and she smirked and said we have none left. I responded with ok Thank you and I had no reply. Whether it was a bad day or not the service with certain staff is incredibly rude. Other than that, the shop is clean and everything is easy to locate."
