"I love this place it's one of my favourite places to be. In the week it's quiet and often on a Sunday it's not too bad either. You can easily remove yourself from any people just follow the woodcock trail all the way. It's very strenuous in places and you need a good level of fitness for some parts but it can be as easy as you like taking different trails. Yes that's a red kite the first one seen over this way, I've not seen one since though."
"Fantastic place to see wildlife and very pretty too. Areas to keep the kids entertained and some lovely walks."
"I think that this rspb reserve is my favourite so far. When I've visited it's been very quiet and peaceful with not many other people. The tree viewing points are really fun with the net bridges and offer a great view. Last time I visited I saw what I could only assume to be two buzzards flying quickly one after the other very close to my partner and I under the trees, which was a marvelous treat!"
"Been here many times and is a great place for walking and fantastic to sit in woodland relax and listen to many different birds."
"Went in the winter and it was still enjoyable and lovely walk, parking is £4 with an honesty box in the car park, hugly recommend no matter what the weather"
