New Florence Wacky Warehouse

"Forgot the drinks order after waiting 30 minutes. After going to the bar it was explained that the order was printed but not done. Then they brought glass pint glasses into the kids play area so we couldn't have them. No apology. I assume you have new staff. *edit Second order took the same again so I had to go to the bar and find out why. they said they'd done the order and given it to a table that were eating by the bar (we were in wacky play area) they then said that my table number was wrong and somebody had been messing with the stamps on the tables. So I asked how was it possible that you managed to get me my drinks on the first order. I was met with silence. Does this table number look like it was removed and stuck back on?"

"I used to love taking my grandson at Florence Wacky but it filthy ..food everywhere including the play areas. The floor hasn't been cleaned for ages and I feel sorry for the young girl working on her own trying to book people in, serve beverages, assist with activities, and everything else they do. I was told last year the play area was going to be updated but it never has been. I've found a cleaner better place to go now but Florence Wacky was on my doorstep but with increases in Step A...and other bugs and viruses im not going risk it."

"No food in the soft play area was a slight disappointment as we'd met with friends and the children wanted to play together and they seemed busy in the restaurant so didn't end up going in for food. Despite having someone push in front of me at the bar and getting served first, not necessarily your fault but it makes for a slightly different experience when the bar staff don't notice despite there being only a cue of 3 people, but maybe that's experience talking. Otherwise friendly staff, polite and professional"

"Great service visited 3/11/22 with quite a few family members. the woman working allowed us to move the tables together, she helped us order the food and for how many of us she got all the orders correct and explained each option available for the children and even chased up a desert that took too long for my son. We had a great time we stayed till nearly closing and ended up buying some passes to come again. The overall feel of the place has improved and it looks a lot cleaner Would definitely recommend it."
