"AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! RSA is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If it was possible to give 0 stars i would. Someone damaged my car back in January 2022 and unfortunately they were insured with this company. It took RSA 8 months to resolve my claim and finally send me a cheque for the cost of the damages. The first few months they kept saying they had "no record" of the claim despite me and my insurance company contacting them at least 3 times about the incident. I was emailing and ringing on a regular basis. In later months I sent several emails to which I received no response and would have to call them directly AGAIN... this pretty much led me to ringing them on a weekly basis for an update and I was pawned off on another employee every time. When they finally informed me they sent out the cheque, I was told it would be no later than 10 working days, a month went by and still my letterbox continued to collect dust. When I contacted them yet again they told me they had the wrong address, even though they were given the correct details along with a postcode by myself. They cancelled that cheque and sent me out another. I mentioned on several occasions how dissatisfied i was with their customer service. I was notified that they opened up a request with their complaints department. They never contacted me and I never heard anything more about it."

"RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! I wouldn't even give it 1 star, I don't know how this company still does business. Terrible is easy to say regarding their customer service and in general the company. My car got fully damaged by one of their customers insured by RSA, and i had to chase them multiple times for them to give me misleading information and also put my calls on hold for 40 minutes then no answer! I have now to get a lawyer involved because this is shocking how their staff operates. Please avoid this company or getting insured by them."
